HENNA is from the plant Lawsonia inermis, a small shrub which grows in Egypt and Asia. It has been used for thousands of years. It is a great way to add some color to your hair, skin or nails that is safe for you and the planet! It can even cover grey. It adds shine, conditions hair and gives it more body.
Invite your friends over, henna your hair, do some henna designs on your body and a facial mask at the same time!
Henna is not for internal use and should be kept away from eyes, open wounds and mucous membranes. Don't use if your hair is color treated. It is a good idea to do a test area before dyeing your whole head.

THERE IS SOME INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET CONCERNING BLACK HENNA. IT CAN BE PURCHASED UNDER THE NAME OF HENNA, BUT IN REALITY IS LOADED WITH CHEMICAL DYES. OUR BLACK HENNA IS REAL HENNA. IT WILL NOT TURN YOUR HAIR A DEEP BLACK. I HAVE TO LEAVE IT ON ABOUT 3 HRS TO GET IT VERY DARK.
I HAVE JUST ADDED INDIGO WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE A RICHER BLACK FROM THE INDIGO TINCTORIA PLANT, ( NOT HENNA.).
